Interested in helping your grandhildren learn or in furthering their existing knowledge? Reading Advantage has the tools to make this possible.

Learning difficulties rooted in medical or emotional problems require the involvement of professionals skilled in those areas. Often, however, the tests will show us that a student simply needs educational coaching techniques beyond what the typical classroom provides... this goes beyond tutoring per se.

When further help is needed, Reading Advantage is able to work with students one-on-one (or even in small groups when appropriate) so that they are taught in a manner that helps them learn. Each student has the entire class to themselves geared specifically to their own learning styles.

Reading Advantage offers assessments performed by an Educational Diagnostician. Children two years and above and adults of any age may be assessed. We may find indications of one or more of the following learning problems: a learning disability, a misunderstanding of fundamental concepts, lack of study skills, or a lack of test-taking skills.

Enrichment is another option offered at Reading Advantage. Many students perform adequately in the classroom but clearly have the talent to achive more. They need added stimulation to work up to and stretch beyond their potential.

Summer Camps will be offered June 12th - July 28th. Reading Comprehension/Vocabulary/Phonics camps will be offered every Monday and Wednesday during these weeks. Tuesdays and Thursdays Math Computation and Story Problem camps will be offered.

One-on-one educational services are always offered anytime during the year.

There's more to Reading Advantage than reading. We help children and adults succeed in a wide range of skills in addition to just reading, including: Comprehension, Phonics, Writing, Spelling, Math, Studying, Test Taking, Literature Enrichment and English as a Second Language.
